Rewards Program

Since August 2011 I  have been rewarding my active SFI PSAs by reallocating new affiliates to those of them who achieved Executive Affiliate status.

My First Rewards Program

Originally, as my downline was very small, I rewarded everybody no matter what level they were in.
That also meant that I could continue to reward those affiliates whom I reallocated.

SFI Changes PSA Reallocation Policy

In 2012 SFI changed their policy and limited reallocation to PSAs only, which was a sensible move, as it is really the responsibility of sponsors to reward active affiliates in their 1st generation.

However, in the first few months my rewards program worked very well indeed! It continued to work well for several months after SFI made their policy change.

My SFI Team Suddenly Starts To Grow

From August 2012 my SFI business went from having just a handful of inactive affiliates to a downline through seven levels with a lot of active affiliates, dozens of EAs and several team leaders in place.

Some of my most active affiliates have brought many new people into their teams on their own initiative and built active downlines of their own.

Time To Change How I Reward My Team

However, over the last few months, rewarding active SFI PSAs with freshly recruited affiliates seems to have become much less effective. I notice that I have been rewarding people with a lot of new affiliates who remain on 0 VP in spite of having TWO active sponsors immediately above them.

Some people have also asked me if affiliates who are reallocated might feel resentful about being shunted around. That is possible, but before reallocating an affiliate you should contact them and let them know what you are going to do and how it will benefit them.

SFI Gift Certificates = The Way Forward

Also, SFI has continued to develop and improve, and now there is, I believe, a BETTER way to reward active PSAs.

A few months ago SFI made it MUCH EASIER for us to buy and distribute Gift Certificates by making them available on Tripleclicks.

I figured that my active PSAs may be disappointed – or even irritated (!) – each month to get “rewarded” with dud affiliates.

However, if I send Gift Certificates to my top performers, they will know what they are going to receive and that they will be able to use the reward.
 
Also, SFI Gift Certiticates are easier to send out and more cost effective for me, so it is a WIN/WIN scenario for us all.

My NEW Rewards Programme

Active Affiliates ** $2 Gift Certificate

EA1 = $5 Gift Certificate

EA2+ = $7 Gift Certificate

Team Leader = $10 Gift Certificate

The Gift Certificates will be valid for 90 days.

** Active Affiliates: An active affiliate is a PSA who reached EA in a previous month, and EVERY MONTH AFTER THAT continues to earn 500+ VP but does not renew EA status.

(This is to help active affiliates who have limited resources.)

NOTE: If you drop BELOW 500VP in any month, you will have to achieve EA status again to re-enter the rewards program.
